The Marble Goby or called “ Soon Hock” is a large, solitary, slow-moving fish which rests undisturbed on the bottom of quiet streams, canals and lakes. It rarely moves. Even when disturbed. This fish looks ugly or nasty but tastes very delicious, it is very important high economic value fish in Southeast Asia including Thailand, Peninsula, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. And now Taiwan and Mainland China also have a quit big quantities fish farm.
